Mr. Kosinski is the owner of Williams Aerial & Mapping, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist and is a Commercial/ Instrument/ Multi-Engine rated pilot with over 3000 hours logged as a photo pilot. Mr. Kosinski has over 20 years experience in all facets of photogrammetry, photo lab, surveying, and GIS. Including: Aerial survey pilot for 10 years, aerial camera system operator for 10 years, stereo plotter operator 4 years, photographic lab work for 8 years, and 8 years experience in GPS control, and geographic information systems. Mr. Kosinski is responsible for our customer service system, which ensures consistent communication and satisfaction with our clients.
